Our purpose is to produce quality, corporate image oriented, functional, clean Web Sites. To accomplish this takes a great deal of input from our clients before we can get started designing a page that will meet their needs.
Web Sites need to be several things. They need to be fluid and dynamic, educational and informative, reasonably simple and changing constantly. "Static" pages are boring and will not cause people to return to them because they offer nothing special. How to best accomplish that is the challenge. When people leave your Web Site they need to feel that thay have gained something from having visited it. It sounds simple, but it is a very complex task.
I have been in the art profession since I was a child. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Arts with a Major in Advertising Design and a Minor in Business. My high school prep courses were in commercial art.Most of my life I have been in the business of creativity and design to varying degrees. While in college I was the Art Director for a regional office of the sixth largest Western based advertising agency in Los Angeles. I had my own advertising agency in Pasadena, CA called "Image Development Group" for seven years with billings in the six digits. After that I went on my own doing strictly design work.I spent several years doing Interior Design including environmental graphics.In addition to many years running businesses, I have extensive experience in marketing, promotion and public-relations with retail, commercial, industrial, institutional and civic group clients.I am not a "techie" with blazingly cute tricks to apply to Web Sites. Instead, I bring to my sites years of experience with business and reality. I believe my experience gives me a grasp of what needs to be done within the world of reality. I understand "business" and what needs to be accomplished. This fact alone will separate me from hundreds of others who do Web Sites with much more available to them than I have.With the advent of PC's an the Internet and what could be done with it, on it or to it, I became engrossed in the promotional possibilities it offered. Studying programs available for graphic art became very important to me.I am self taught and often helped on the technical aspects of computers, but to me it is simply another medium. I am excited with the potential available on the Internet and with what is available to put there. It is a never-ending "learning process" for me and quite rewarding.
