Pinetree Reunion 2002 Association The "Pintree Line" was a series of 44 radar sites that stretched across Canada from sea to sea from the early 1950's until the late 1980's. They were occupied by by the Armed Forces of both Canada and the United States. These sites, many located in isolated remote areas of the Canada are now gone. But for many thousands of people, service and civilian from both sides of the border, these sites were home for better than 30 years.
To celebrate the new millennium, present and former Canadian and American service men and women who were stationed at these once secret installations and their families will gather in the beautiful resort town of Gimli, Manitoba to rekindle old friendships. A reunion will be held 2-5 July 2000. For more information visit our website.
